Why this page exists

Every artisan, rider, and business owner on FMK agrees to our trading transparency policy when they join the platform. When someone is confirmed to have violated it — for example, taking payment without delivering, demanding money outside the app, misrepresenting goods, or refusing a refund owed to a customer — FMK's Super Admin team publishes their name, phone number, and profile/business photo here so other users can recognize and avoid them.
